Every piece of our apparel is proudly designed, cut, and sewn in our production facility located in Ely, Minnesota.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our outdoor gear worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
How should I care for my Wintergreen garments?
Most of our products are machine washable in cold water and should be hung to dry. We recommend avoiding bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the technical integrity of the fabrics.
